Tim Westwood Chats To I Like Music #2

ILM: What have been some of those most memorable hip hop moments in your career so far?

Westwood: I've been so involved. There are so many moments. Particularly signifincant ones would be Notorious B.I.G coming over for a launch party when I joined Radio 1. The Notting Hill Carnival when Jay Z, Lil Kim, Busta Rhymes and EPMD all performed on that stage, and the after party at The Temple! Times when I've been in New York at Tunnel nightclub and Speed nightclub. Clubs like The Arches, The Temple, even Stratford Wrecks has been really significant. There have been concerts which have been very powerful to be at or be part of. There have been a lot of great hip hop moments that I've been part of, just being blessed through being in the game. A lot of interviews and parties!
