Tim Westwood chats to I Like Music
ILM: 50 Cent says you're like his own Funkmaster Flex overseas.
TIM: I mean that is a tremendous compliment, because, in my opinion Funkmaster Flex is the greatest DJ that has ever lived man. I'm a great fan of Flex, he's really elevated the DJ game, he's the one who brought cars in to the hip hop game. So that, more than anything said, I take as a real compliment.
ILM: Talking of cars… do you have a personal favourite Pimp My Ride or a favourite reaction?
TIM: There were a lot of hot moments. We did three series they're showing right now on Channel Five all the way up to Christmas. It was definitely a blessed experience to be a part of. There were many great shows and directors I really enjoyed working with; there were really worthy deserving people who got their rides pimped. There was a lot of fun had, a hot crew and an exciting time for me filming those shows.
