  • MyloMylo: ilikemusic because... It makes me feel funny
  • Cesar SangwaCesar Sangwa: ilikemusic because... it's there for me through thick and thin, highs and lows. I think about it when I wake up, and when I close my eyes to sleep. I like music because I'm in love with it!
  • Jo WhileyJo Whiley: ilikemusic because... It makes me laugh and it makes my cry and it gets me out of a stress if I’m in a stress, and, if I’m in a good place then it will make me in a better place. It’s all about the emotion, it’s all about the feeling where music takes you to and what affect it has on you.
  • PatrickPatrick: ilikemusic because... Music came from the universe...always finding a way into societies from the beginning of time. I imagine it has always been out there waiting for us to show up. I'm so glad we made it!
  • Rob CremonaRob Cremona: ilikemusic because... Cool laid back soul, atmospheric instrumentals and the occasional gospel choirs to lift my soul.
  • JacbobJacbob: ilikemusic because... It's very VERY good
  • DelDel: ilikemusic because... music is life
  • Omid16BOmid16B: ilikemusic because... It makes me feel whole and makes me feel like I have my feet on the ground. It makes me feel love again and reminds me of what we are. It allows me to express myself.

White Rose Movement Chats To I Like Music

ILM: What's the White Rose Movement process for making music, how do you all work together?

White Rose Movement: We don't have any particular set routine for writing, sometimes we'll get grooves and hook lines from jams and we'll go on to develop them in the studio, then take them back into rehearsals, then into final studio sessions with a producer. Some times tracks literally come together at the last minute as we are recording. Having been together for 4 or 5 years we are pretty intuitive in rehearsals, there's a little bit of telepathy in our method.

ILM: What do you look forward to the most about playing live?

White Rose Movement: Well, an amazing up for it audience always helps. If we're all in a good head space when we go on, we have amazing shows.

ILM: Out of all the shows you've played so far, which have been the most memorable and why?
