Wolfmother chat to I Like Music

And unfortunately I think in society, there can be a real obstacle to that which is a real shame. The creative arts are a very important thing for someone like me, it's something that I love and strive for. Like going to the Tate Modern yesterday and just seeing amazing people's art. Some societies are well structured, like New Zealand, they have Governments funding and stuff, but unfortunately Australia seems to be less supportive. And you've got to pay a certain amount at customs to get your instruments into the country, what's all that about?

ILM: Can you describe your favourite place on earth?

Chris: The snowy mountains in Australia, I just love the stillness of being in the mountains, snow just seems to fall down like a vacuum, there's these Eucalyptus trees, these slight orange trees. I have a photo of when my mum took me there when I was about five or something, and I've got this little parka on and a smile from playing in the snow. I've got a lot of fond memories of playing in the snow. I've got a real thing for snow. I like it.
