Master Gee: ilikemusic because... It gives me an opportunity to truly express myself, unlike what happens in an everyday living situation where there are restrictions on you and limitations on you and demands on you and bills to pay, through music I can truly be comfortable with who I am, and do what I really want to do and say what I really want to say.
Lady Sovereign: ilikemusic because... I do!
Sarah Christine: ilikemusic because... Music is like a puzzle. Each peice by itself is unique and looks like no other puzzle peice, but when you put it all together, you expeirience a completely different picture. It's on an almost daily basis that I find myself getting lost in my music, and I love it!
Lee: ilikemusic because... It makes me want to rave my nut off
pdog: ilikemusic because... it always makes me feel better
arie: ilikemusic because... you can visit http://music.dondandon.com/compress for a free download our song
Jun: ilikemusic because... music can convey a mood, enhance a mood or change a mood. Music can be used to inspire and the artform is simple yet complicated. It's fun to listen to and even more fun to create and perform. It speaks when just a simple word can't. It's a blessing!!
John: ilikemusic because... it evokes my emotions like nothing else.
susan rowe: ilikemusic because... it reaches the soul, sooths the mind, speaks volumes, lightens the heart. music is food for my soul.
ilm: You've been touring all over America recently and have a homecomming event at Circus this weekend. What do you look forward to the most about playing live?
Yousef: You know what, I think the most important thing for me is to play a new record, something I'm really excited about. Whether it be something I've done or something I've stumbled across... something like a record I picked up from Chicago the other day. It's like a really old style sounding house record, with loads of big drums. It's not really hard, its just got loads of soulful energy and I can't wait to play it. Especially at Circus, which I know like the back of my hand, and I know what sound works where, when and at what time, and I'll be able to (hopefully, fingers crossed) play it at the right time...
