Jamie, Ontario: ilikemusic because... it makes me different from my friends but connects me to a whole world of other people.
Lalor: ilikemusic because... you can make it anything you need
John: ilikemusic because... it evokes my emotions like nothing else.
joseph daniel: ilikemusic because... coz itz me huh
O'Bailey: ilikemusic because... I can live vicariously through a song, whether it's a screaming angry rock anthem or a silly kids song ("I'm a little yellow fish" anyone?) haha!
Ellen, Los Campesinos: ilikemusic because... It’s the best form of escapism that you can have wherever you are. You could be completely miserable or waiting for a bus and put on any song that inspires you and you can escape into a little world, well that’s what I tend to do anyway.
steven bance: ilikemusic becaucse... it produses feelings of utopia.
JON: Yeah, it's like Nu Rave for instance. I felt like that were rave for people who don't really like rave. If you've ever been to a rave it sounds nothing like the Klaxons I can assure you. Rave has more in common with death metal, because it's a relentless assault of beats that never lets up. This is not a diss on The Klaxons, but they sound like New Order b-sides. They're not a rave band. I don't think I'd be raving to a Klaxons tune. I mean proper ravers would laugh at that… they'd be like, 'what's this man? It's not rave!'
From the music industry to politics I think the British people are being hoodwinked to a large degree. I sincerely feel they've been conned to believe in things that aren't necessarily truth. Look at the ease in which the lie about Weapons of Mass Destruction got pushed through and everyone bought it wholesale.
