You could be completely miserable or waiting for a bus and put on any song that inspires you and you can escape into a little world, well that’s what I tend to do anyway.

Red Hot Chili Peppers Back Catalogue Reissued

Having reaped international success on the back of 40-million album sales and an ever-growing reputation as one of the planet's most acclaimed live bands, the Red Hot Chili Peppers are set to mark their mammoth UK gigs with the reissue of their entire Warner Bros. back catalogue on June 7th.

The massively successful albums 'Blood Sugar Sex Magik', 'Californication', 'By The Way' and 'One Hot Minute' will all be made available at a special low price, as with the 'Greatest Hits' album.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers UK tour dates are set to be the biggest outdoor live event this year, with the Hyde Park show on the 20th set to be broadcast live on Radio 1. The band will play the following UK shows this summer. The addition of legend James Brown as well as N.E.R.D. and hotly tipped bands such as Stellastarr* and Chicks On Speed ensure that this is the hottest bill of the summer.

The full list of supports is as below:

June

13th - Edinburgh, Murrayfield - N.E.R.D. and a very special guest (TBA)
18th - City of Manchester Stadium - James Brown, Chicks On Speed
19th - London, Hyde Park - James Brown, Chicks On Speed
20th - London, Hyde Park - James Brown, Chicks On Speed
23rd - Cardiff, Millennium Stadium - James Brown, Chicks On Speed
25th - London Hyde Park - James Brown, Stellastarr*

The Red Hot Chili Peppers UK tour dates are set to be the biggest outdoor live event this year, with the Hyde Park show on the 20th set to be broadcast live on Radio 1.

Aside from the UK shows, Red Hot Chili Peppers are also playing a number of other major festival appearances across Europe and in Japan.

The 'Greatest Hits' album has been a phenomenal success since its release last year. The album has been certified Platinum or multi-Platinum in fifteen countries and Gold in a further fourteen.
