Big Beach Boutique Goes To Brazil

Fatboy Slim headlines a free party on Flamengo Beach, Rio for 200,000 people. After two sensational parties in Brighton, the Big Beach Boutique goes global and heads south to party on one of the world's finest beaches. Fatboy Slim aka Norman Cook headlines as the world's biggest beach party comes to Flamengo Beach, Rio De Janeiro in Brazil on Sunday March 7th, 2004. [This event has already taken place]

The Big Beach Boutique in Rio is free and arrangements are being made for an anticipated audience of between 200,000 and 500,000 people. Joining Norman on the bill are Jon Carter and Brazilian DJ's Marky and Patife, and it is expected that the winners of the Carnival Samba School are also be part of the show. Nokia sponsor the event.

Norman Cook comments: "It looks like I'm going to be getting sand in my record box again."
