Amy Winehouse Back at Top of UK Album Charts
Amy Winehouse is back at the top of the UK album chart with the deluxe version of her Back to Black album after it climbed from number three last week to number one this week.
Goldfrapp's Seventh Tree album went straight in at number two while Mika's Life In Cartoon Motion also saw a return to the top end of the chart, with Life In Cartoon Motion at number three.
Michael Buble's Call Me Irresponsible special edition album climbed to number four, ahead of 19,
Adele's debut album at five. Donny Osmond's From Donny With Love album, went straight in at number eight.
Meanwhile, in the UK singles chart,
Duffy retained her position at the top for a third week with Mercy.
Duffy's debut album, Rockferry, is out this week. Keeping hold of the number two position were H TWo O featuring Platnum with What's It Gonna Be, while
Nickelback's Rockstar held steady at number three. Other non-movers include
Basshunter at number four with Now You're Gone and
Kylie Minogue at five with Wow.
Adele's Chasing Pavements took the number six position, ahead of
Rihanna with Don't Stop The Music.
OneRepublic's Stop And Stare single was at number eight, while
David Jordan was at number nine with Sun Goes Down and
Kelly Rowland's Work took number 10 spot.
Take That sold 64,000 copies of their new live DVD release to take pole position in the DVD chart, outselling
Amy Winehouse in the album chart.
