Band of Skulls

Following their recent run of sold-out UK shows in February 2010, which culminated in a rapturous London 100 Club gig, Band of Skulls have announced their biggest UK headline tour to date. These shows follow a 6-week tour of the US and Canada.

Band of Skulls Tour Dates May 2010

7th Leeds Cockpit
8th Glasgow Classic Grand
9th Manchester The Factory
10th Nottingham Rescue Rooms
11th Wolverhampton Slade Rooms
13th Portsmouth Wedgewood Rooms
14th London Electric Ballroom
15th Brighton Great Escape Festival

Tickets for the shows are priced at £8, except London where they will be £10, and are available now from www.seetickets.com

They are set to release a new single, I Know What I Am, through You Are Here on 15th March 2010 and will also be shortly announcing details of the release of further single to coincide with the May dates.

The band released their debut album, Baby Darling Doll Faced Honey, in September of 2009 following their coveted single of the week slot on iTunes for the track I Know What I Am, which was downloaded by over 500,000 people.

Proving successful on both sides of the Atlantic, recent months have seen the band contribute to the New Moon and Whip It (the new Drew Barrymore film) sound-tracks and make a high profile US TV appearance on the Jimmy Kimmel Show.
