Chipmunk, one of the breakthrough artists of 2009 releases his new single, Look For Me on December 28th 2009 through Jive Records. It is the follow up to his #1 single Oopsy Daisy.
The anthemic new single featuring the vocal talents of newcomer, Talay Riley, reflects on the trials and tribulations of life and how easy it is to lose your way but with a bit of focus and drive anything is possible.
At just 18 years old Chipmunk aka Jahmaal Fyffe is already becoming a major talent. Despite releasing mixtapes since he was 14 years old, it is only during the last six months that Chipmunk has gone supernova. In September he won the Best Hip Hop award at the Mobos - beating the likes of Kanye West and Eminem. And then in October following Oopsy Daisy smashing into the charts at #1 his debut album I Am Chipmunk debuted at #2. He even managed to guest on Scars, the title track from Basement Jaxx's new album. The track which also featured Kelis was picked out by many critics as the highlight of the album.
And if you thought Chipmunk was going to slow down for 2010, think again. He will be going out on his first headline tour in February.
