Estelle and Duffy Retain Number One Chart Positions
Britney Spears, Scouting For Girls and Yael Naim also climbed into the top 40. With Britney's Piece of Me at 31, Yael Naim's New Soul at 30 and Scouting For Girls Heartbeat single at 40.
Meanwhile in the UK album chart, Panic At The Disco went straight in at number two with their Pretty. Odd album while Foals Antidotes album entered the chart at number three. Leona Lewis's Spirit album was at four, ahead of OneRepublic's Dreaming Out Loud album at five.
Jack White of White Stripes entered the chart at number eight with his side-project The Raconteurs album Consolers Of The Lonely, which was rush released digitally.
Counting Crows scored their highest UK chart position in 12 years after trailing their album with two free downloads. Their fifth album, Saturday Nights and Sunday Mornings, charted at number 12.
Guillemots, Supergrass, Mike Batt and violinist David Garrett also had new entries in the album chart. Guillemots Red album charted at number nine, while David Garrett's Virtuoso album was at 17, ahead of Supergrass's new album Diamond Hoo Ha, which entered the chart at 19.
