The blow is in addition to a legal notice served on Matt Willis by a process server this week after he flew back into London from Australia, notifying him of an official Police complaint and statement lodged by FITZGERALD & DOYLE which may now also lead to an official Police enquiry into possible perjury and perverting the course of justice. (Boo!)
This follows formal complaints made and lodged by former BUSTED band members and founders KI FITZGERALD and OWEN DOYLE to the Police after allegedly false and misleading statements were attributed to WILLIS in a Statement of Truth served in the High Court as part of his legal defence in the current proceedings being bought against him, Son of Dork's James Bourne and manager Richard Rashman. The proceedings relate to the current High Court action launched by FITZGERALD and DOYLE over royalties and legal claims over the ownership of the bands name 'BUSTED'.
