Goldfrapp - Fly Me Away
The fourth single to be taken from their platinum "Supernature" album, 'Fly Me Away' is a gorgeous and beguiling summer pop anthem crystallised by the ethereal vocals of Alison Goldfrapp.
'Fly Me Away' also comes accompanied by the band's most interesting video concept yet, with the part of Alison being played by a specially made animated doll. The video is directed by Chris Hopewell (Franz Ferdinand, Killers, Mylo).
The release comes hot on the heels of the first three hit singles already taken from Supernature (Goldfrapp's biggest and fastest selling album yet); 'Ooh La La' (which has become a TV soundtrack institution and international catwalk favourite); 'Number One' and 'Ride A White Horse'.
Alison is proud of their latest album, saying "because this time there's so much more. More drama, more colour, more diversity, everything we love about what we do, just… more. Oooh, it's exciting!"
