HMV Stores Will Sell Remaining Glastonbury Tickets
Selected HMV stores will sell the remaining Glastonbury festival tickets to any last minute punters who decide that missing out on an annual trip to Worthy Farm, Glastonbury, was actually a bad idea.
Organiser Michael Eavis said: "With just a couple of weeks to go, we want to make it as easy as possible for people to buy the last few festival tickets."
Seven of the major city branches will sell Glasto tickets over the counter, these include London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow and Cardiff. Tickets, for £155 plus applicable fees, are on sale on 11 June.
The Glastonbury line-up this year has been subjected to numerous speculation on the basis that the festival was losing it's roots by "selling out" to big headliners. This year Jay Z will be headlining the Pyramid Stage on Saturday night, supported by Amy Winehouse.
