Following Jersey Budd's trio of raucous hometown shows as support to his mates Kasabian on the opening nights of their tour, Jersey is setting himself up for a royal summer. His anthemic single She Came Back is available from July 6th 2009 as a free download in The Sun for one week only. July 13th - iTunes release. July 20th - 7" physical release.
Written by Jersey and produced by Gren Spencer, She Came Back was recorded in Jersey's hometown of Leicester, a stone's throw away from Kasabian's studio.
The track features guest vocals from Kasabian's frontman Tom Meighan who was roped into singing for 4 cans of Fosters and a pack of Marlboro Lights.
Jersey has five festivals booked for the summer, including shows at Isle Of Wight and Glastonbury. He supports The Enemy at Somerset House July 10th.
