Katie Melua - Piece By Piece

The first single to be released is 'Nine Million Bicycles' which was inspired by a recent promotional trip to Beijing and the knowledge imparted by the tour guide during a bus trip of the city. The single received its first radio play on Radio 2 to a fantastic response from listeners. The video is directed by Kevin Godley.

"Although people talk about the 'difficult second album', I've enjoyed the pressure and the pleasure of getting this album right for myself initially, rather than specifically worrying about what other people may think." said Katie. "I am very pleased with the album and I feel that people who bought Call Off The Search will not be disappointed and that others will also discover something they like in it."
