Latest Reading and Leeds Festival News

Each AL PITCHER (Reading 24/8) show is unique. He eclipses his peers with his interactive abilities, his audience never quite knowing where he's taking them but thrilled by the journey.

YIANNI AGISILAOU (Reading 24/8) material stems from observation and personal experience, with a substantial section devoted to the subject of names, the hardship of living with the name "Yianni" and his marriage obsessed Greek grandmother whose worldview clashes substantially with his. With an uncanny ability to mimic, the characters of his comedy spring to life and the laughs flow.

ADAM BLOOM's (Reading 24/8) first show at the Edinburgh Festival was in 1996, and he returned in 1997, 1998 (where he won a punters' prize), 1999, 2001 and 2004. He was named best stand-up in the Time Out awards in 1998 and has recorded three series of his own Radio 4 show, 'The Problem with Adam Bloom'.

BULLAH THE MOST DANGEROUS MAN IN THE WORLD (Reading 24/8) originally featured on The 11 O'Clock Show and now has massive cult following around world. His creator, Ricky Grover is an awarding acting, writer and comedian who has appeared in various television programmes including 'Red Dwarf', 'Orrible, 'The 11 O'Clock Show' and 'Black Books'.
