Bleeding Love has been at number one for six weeks now, while her debut album, Spirit, retained its position for the third week running.
The album is the fastest selling debut album of all time, a title previously held by Arctic Monkeys whose new single, Teddy Picker is out this week.
Leona held last year's X Factor winner, Shayne Ward, at bay as his album, Breathless, went straight in at number two with Westlife's Back Home album at number three.
Kylie's new album, X, entered the chart at number four, while The Eagles, Long Road out of Eden album was at number five.
Meanwhile, in the singles chart, T2 featuring Jodie Aysha with Heartbroken stayed at number two behind Leona, while Girls Aloud's new single, Call The Shots, rose from nine to number three. Take That slipped one place to number four with Rule The World followed by Timbaland featuring One Republic with Apologize at number five.
Elvis Presley's American Trilogy single was the only new entry in the singles chart, going in at number 12.
The Pipes and Drums of the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards hit the album chart at number 17 with Spirit of the Glen. Following the success of the single, The Amazing Grace/Mull of Kintyre record is set for release on 17 December, 35 years after the band secured the Christmas number one spot.
