Accompanying the band on the tour are Pama International who bring their unique blend of 60's Soul, 70's Reggae & 21st Century Commentary and also joined by the Godfathers of 'Skunk Skiffle - Punk' Hobo Jones & The Junkyard Dogs. This will be an amazing triple bill with true festival vibes, one not to be missed!
The Levellers have seen a renaissance in recent years of both album sales and on the live circuit. In 2008 they sold out their own festival Beautiful Days for the sixth year in a row the band performed a memorable and rousing headline show at The Royal Albert Hall which went from moments of great intimacy in the first acoustic half to an electric roof raising showdown which mixed new material with the bands' classic favourites.
To celebrate the April and May live dates all three bands from the bill will be releasing some very special free download tracks in the form of:
1 live Levellers track recorded exclusively from 2008's Royal Albert Hall gig and
1 track from Pama International downloadable from www.lettersfromtheunderground.com
1 further exclusive live track from the Levellers Albert hall performance and 1 track from Hobo Jones & The Junkyard Dogs will also be available for download from www.lettersfromtheunderground.com on the 13th April 2009
