Liam Frost - Liverpool 15 April 2010
Folk singer/songwriter Liam Frost will be performing at Leaf Café Bar in Liverpool on Thursday 15th April 2010.
Liam who has been described by Guy Garvey (of the band Elbow) as "the UK's answer to Bright Eyes". His heart warming song writing skills are where this boy's talents lie, and has seen him share the stage with the likes of Elbow, Badly Drawn Boy and The Magic Numbers.
Frost spent early 2006 in the studio working on his debut album, with Coldplay producer Danton Supple, which was later released with critical acclaim, with his track The Mourners of St Pauls voted #1 single of 2006 by Channel 4's Planet Sound. His latest album entitled We Ain't Got Money, Honey, But We Got Rain which was named after a poem of the same name, saw him collaborate with singer songwriter Ed Harcourt and Martha Wainwright.
April sees Liam tour the new album across the UK, with this stop in Liverpool at the uber cool Leaf Cafe his first since his appearance at Liverpool Music Week in 2006.
