Her single, The Fear, remains at the top of the offical UK singles charts for the third week in a row.
The debut album from 23 year old Lily Allen, Alright, Still, was released in 2006 and only made number two. Her only previous number one spot came from her debut single Smile in 2006.
The highest new entry in the singles charts came from The Prodigy and their come back single Omen, which charted at number eight. Indie icon Morrissey scored a new entry with his single I'm Throwing My Arms Around Paris, charting at number 21.
Just steps behind Lily Allen in the album chart Kings Of Leon remain at number two with their fantastic album Only By The Night.
Due to a weekend of Valentines Day celebrations, the album chart saw a significant increase in the sales of romantic themed albums. As a result of the Valentines Day Sales, the UB40 compilation Love Songs rose to number three. This marks their highest chart position since their 1993 album Promises and Lies.
Close behind UB40 came an album with the same name. Love Songs by Luther Vandross charted at number four.
James Morrison's Songs For Me, Truths For You charted at five, followed by Bette Midler's The Best Bette, which rose to number six this week.
The Fray, most famous for their moving ballad How To Save A Life, saw their second, self titled album chart at number eight this week.
