Madonna has scored a UK chart double as both her new album, Hard Candy, and single, 4 Minutes, are at number one this week.
Hard Candy is Madonna's 10th number one album, while 4 Minutes featuring Justin Timberlake is her 13th number one single and remained at number one for the third week in a row.
Madonna has been number one in both the album and single charts three times before.
Meanwhile, Sam Sparro's Black And Gold single was at number two, with Wiley's Wearing My Rolex at number three.
Love In This Club by Usher was at number four, with American Boy by Estelle, featuring Kanye West was at number five.
In the UK album chart, Portishead's album, Third, entered the chart at number two ahead of Duffy's Rockferry album at number three.
The Last Shadow Puppets' The Age Of The Understatement album, was knocked off the top spot by Madonna's album and slipped to number four, ahead of Sam Sparro's self-titled debut album, at number five.
