With a career span of over 30 years Mike Oldfield is truly part of rock music royalty. From his ground breaking introduction with 'Tubular Bells' to his hit singles such as 'Moonlight Shadow' and 'In Dulci Jubilo' his music has spanned a generation and with this 3 CD set, a career of essential music is all brought together for the first time.

This fantastic collection separates Mike's career into 3 distinct sections.

Disc 1 covers the early part of Mike's career, a period when Mike released the aforementioned 'Tubular Bells' along with the chart successes 'In Dulci Jubilo' and 'Portsmouth'. Also included on Disc 1 are excerpts from hit albums such as 'Hergest Ridge', 'Ommadawn' and 'Incantations'.

Disc 2 covers the period from 1979 to 1984, a period in which Mike released an astounding 7 albums along with the smash singles such as 'Moonlight Shadow', 'Blue Peter' and 'Guilty'. Other stand out tracks on this disc include 'Family Man', 'Crime Of Passion' and 'Tricks Of The Light'.

Disc 3 covers the period from 1985 up to the end of Mike's recording time with Warner's and includes the top 10 hit 'Sentinel' along with tracks from 'Heaven's Open', 'Amarok' and music from 'The Millennium Bell' album.
