Last year's LMHR event took place in east London's Victoria Park where over 100,000 attended the day long music festival.
LMHR organiser Lee Billingham said: "This important event is going to be a national celebration of multiracial Britain, sending out the biggest possible positive message that millions of people in our society oppose racism. The range of organisations supporting the event, from the football world to the National Union of Students is testament to that.
"We are urging those who can to vote against racism in June's European elections, and encouraging everyone whop hates racism to come together with one voice. Coaches are bringing people from across the country to Stoke-on-Trent's biggest ever music event to see a dazzling array of top acts, so get your ticket now and join them!"
