Following their sold out arena tour earlier this year, which culminated in a capacity show at the O2 Arena, Roadrunner's finest multi-million selling sons Nickelback will be bringing their pyro-laden, blockbuster of a stage show back to the UK early in 2010. A new single will be released to coincide.
Released last year, the Canadians' current album Dark Horse is an 11-track run-through of everything the group has excelled at before now -- fist-pumping anthems, grinding rockers, sing-along power ballads, smirking innuendo, heart-wringing romanticism, choruses that wedge themselves in your ears after just one listen and hooks so big they practically boomerang round the room. Earlier this year the band won 5 Juno Awards (the Canadian Grammys) including Group of The Year, the Fan Choice Award and Album Of The Year.
