Riot! Traffic: ilikemusic because... music is LiFe...and more than...
Sylvia Powell: ilikemusic because... It can make me happy yet it can make me feel sad. It helps me remember, but it can also make me forget. Most of all I like music because it makes me feel alive.
Tom Baxter: ilikemusic because... It makes you feel alive more than anything else.
O'Bailey: ilikemusic because... I can live vicariously through a song, whether it's a screaming angry rock anthem or a silly kids song ("I'm a little yellow fish" anyone?) haha!
Demi: ilikemusic because... Girl's love music.
Rob X: ilikemusic because... it puts me in the mood...for anything i feel like!
robbie: ilikemusic because... my friends say its cool
Omid16B: ilikemusic because... It makes me feel whole and makes me feel like I have my feet on the ground. It makes me feel love again and reminds me of what we are. It allows me to express myself.
Danny: ilikemusic because... It's my lifeDon't panic! But, Las Vegas emo punk band Panic! At The Disco have parted ways with bassist Brent Wilson. (Pictured second from left).
In a statement posted on the group's official website, the remaining members say the decision to sever musical ties with Wilson "was very tough to make."
"There really wasn't a good way to say this....but (it) feels like it will be the right decision for everyone. We regret to inform you that Brent is no longer a part of Panic! At the Disco, and although this choice does feel very healthy, he is a great friend of ours and he will definitely be missed.
The message goes on to say: "We will wish him well and the best of luck in everything he wants to do in the future. The last few years will be something we will never forget, all the places we've been that we never thought we'd go and things we've seen that we thought we'd never see when we started this band."
Brent will be replaced temporarily by a friend of the band who joins the existing line-up, singer Brendon Urie, guitarist Ryan Ross and drummer Spencer Smith on Panic!'s summer tour.
The band got together in 2004 and released their debut album A Fever You Can't Sweat Out in 2005, selling over 500,000 since its release. As well as an upgraded tour which ended at the end of April... and the massive success of their digital only release of I Write Sins Not Tragedies back in January, which saw them reach no.1 on the NME/MTV2 chart and Kerrang! TV, the band released their first commercial single in the UK But Its Better If You Do from their debut album on May 1st, available on CD & 2x 7'' vinyl.
