Rihanna enjoys seventh week at the top

Rihanna continues to enjoy chart domination with a seventh week at number one with Umbrella featuring Jay-Z. Rihanna kept the 19-year-old kept singer-songwriter Kate Nash from taking her title, who entered the chart at number two with her Foundations single.

The Enemy, also had a new entry at number four with Had Enough. Enrique Iglesias retained his position at number three, while Lee Mead, winner of the reality TV series to find Joseph, saw his Any Dream Will Do rendition at number five.

The Klaxons climbed from 33 to 13 with It's Not Over Yet, while the Arctic Monkeys entered the chart at number 32 with Flourescent Adolescent.

Meanwhile, in the album charts, the Editors knocked the White Stripes off the top spot, with their An End Has a Start album, seeing Icky Thump slip from number one to four. while Kelly Clarkson's My December album entered the chart at two.

Dame Shirley Bassey new album, Let's Get The Party Started, entered the chart at number six, following her Glastonbury performance.
