  • AlistairAlistair: ilikemusic because... you can relate to the lyrics and through music you can express your emotions and feelings.
  • FRANKYNEROFRANKYNERO: ilikemusic because... its the only way i can really express myself
  • JunJun: ilikemusic because... music can convey a mood, enhance a mood or change a mood. Music can be used to inspire and the artform is simple yet complicated. It's fun to listen to and even more fun to create and perform. It speaks when just a simple word can't. It's a blessing!!
  • EvieEvie: ilikemusic because... it's a jungle of imagination you don't mind getting lost in.
  • Sian EvansSian Evans: ilikemusic because... when everyone you cared about lets you down (e.g. friends, boyfriend, parents) all at the same time music will always be there to pick you up and help you move on. ;-)

Snowbombing 2008 Winter Festival

It's not every day you see a national treasure live in the mountains, and as they might say themselves, 'it might not be uptown Jamaica but they promise you a treat'. Their show itself will be the perfect way to end your week at Snowbombing…welcome to the House of Fun!

And if this wasn't enough to whet your festival appetite, other glistening live treasures have been un-earthed. Calvin Harris will be bringing his colours to the slopes for a trip back to the acceptable 80s whilst festival favourites The Pigeon Detectives up the indie ante with the fantastic Foals also making their SB debut. With manc artrockers The Whip and the crazy Courteeners also set to stop you in your tracks SB 08 is already shaping up to be the best yet… and there's more live acts coming soon!

Austria's popular party resort Mayrhofen will host the snowy Snowbombing shenanigans, which take place between March 31st and 6th April 2008, and will again present the season's most highly anticipated week-long party. Thousands of British snowsports & music enthusiasts will flock for a fiesta that stretches across mountains, streets and nightclubs for a whole week of flurry and fun.
