The gigs are at the City of Manchester Stadium on Saturday, June 17; Cardiff Millennium Stadium, on Wednesday, June 2; and Wembley Stadium on Saturday, June 24.
Tickets go on sale on Friday.
Earlier, Take That said they hoped former member Robbie Williams could join them for the final show.
Gary Barlow said: "A couple of the lads have spoken to Robbie since we announced the tour and he's delighted for us.
"The offer is there to join us on stage and it's not been a 'no' from him. It would be great if he could make the final show at Wembley."
Speaking at press conference in London Gary said: "Thanks for giving us the last 10 years off but the rumours are true. Take That are going back on tour."
Tickets went on sale Fri 2 December at 9am with new tickets on sale from Fri 16 December and Take That have since added seven extra dates to their reunion tour because of the high demand.
Tickets for the original dates sold out within 30 minutes.
Extra dates have been added to the gigs in Newcastle, Birmingham, Manchester and London.
Take That announced a reunion tour after the release of a DVD and Greatest Hits album.
