The Joy Formidable Tour Dates Oct/Nov/Dec

A new track by The Joy Formidable: Greyhounds in the Slips, is now available to download for free from http://www.myspace.com/thejoyformidable

Featuring vocals from Paul Draper this is the band's first new song since the release of their 8 track CD, A Balloon Called Moaning which included the singles Austere, Cradle and Whirring; and is still available to buy on CD and download.

The video that accompanies Greyhound in the Slips is an energetic collage of live footage from tours with White Lies and Howling Bells as well as their own headlining tour earlier this year.

They visit Japan for the first time in early October, before returning for UK tours with Editors and Passion Pit followed by the bands first European tour with The Temper Trap. After the shows they head back to the studio to finish off their debut album, which is scheduled for a spring 2010 release.

October 2009
5th Tokyo Club Quattro (Japan)
6th Osaka Club Quattro (Japan)
12th Edinburgh Picture House (w/ Editors)
