X Factor Finalists and Leona Top Charts

The 2009 X Factor Finalists have topped the UK singles chart this week with their charity hit You Are Not Alone.

The Michael Jackson cover went straight to number one as a new entry. The single was released in aid of the London children's hospital Great Ormond Street.

This is the second charity single from X Factor Finalists. The first was released in 2008, a cover version of Mariah Carey's Hero, which went on to raise 1 million pounds for Help For Heroes, a charity providing practical support to wounded British Soldiers.

The Black Eyed Peas dropped one place to chart at number two with their single Meet Me Halfway. This was followed by the second highest new entry in the UK singles chart this week, Jason Derulo, who entered the chart at number three with his track Watcha Say.

Leona Lewis fell two places to chart at number four with her single Happy, while X Factor judge and Girls Aloud member Cheryl Cole dropped a place to chart at number five with her solo single Fight For This Love.
