The formats for the release will be CD, 12" and 7". The CD will feature "Throw It All Away", as well as two new tracks, "Thistles", featuring Sia Furler and a trademark Zero 7 instrumental, "Inaminute". The 12" also features the three tracks while the 7" features "Throw It All Away" and "Inaminute".
