Master sound craftsman Bonobo has today announced the release of his fifth studio album The North Borders. The album will be released by his long-term home Ninja Tune on April 1st 2013.
The first track revealed from the album is titled Cirrus. After recieving its premiere on Gilles Peterson's BBC 6Music show on 19th January the track now arrives with a mind-bending new video directed by Cyriak.
According to the press release from Ninja Tune, The North Borders is "a natural evolution and a continuation of the electronic palette of Black Sands. Thematic, resonant, addictive and perfectly formed, it's a thrillingly coherent statement piece."
