A little reminder - day tickets for Download Festival 2012 go on sale today, Friday 17th February at 9AM.
Day tickets are priced £75 (plus booking fee) and will be on sale at www.downloadfestival.co.uk
Having previously only offered full, three-day tickets with camping, the festival are now offering the chance to attend for just one day. A day ticket will give you access to the entire festival arena until it closes at 11pm. You will be able to watch any band playing any stage that day, though there will be no access to campsite facilities with a day ticket.
Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, the father of rock festivals has already announced an epic set of headliners across the three days at Donnington Park; The Prodigy (Friday 8 June), Metallica (Saturday 9 June) and Black Sabbath (Sunday 10 June).
60+ more acts are set to be announced, joining an impressive line-up including Killswitch Engage, Tenacious D, Trivium, Megadeath, Lamb of God and Anthrax.
