Minimal electronic producer Max Cooper is previewing his remix of Hiatus' track Third. Cooper's reinterpretation of Third is a thoroughly engrossing audio journey, drawing out and emphasising both the delicate and the muscular elements of Hiatus' skittering beats, eastern-tinged violin, echoing piano and thick, rumbling bass.
The track is taken from a forthcoming remix EP titled Amalgamations, released November 7th, which itself precedes Max Cooper's full album, due for release in 2012.
