Labeled a 'female Busta Rhymes' before her debut single has even dropped, 23 year old Birmingham MC Lady Leshurr is causing quite a stir. Due for release on her own Gutter Strut label in Novemeber, her debut single Lego is the first taken from her forthcoming debut album, due Spring 2012.
Having written her first rap aged six, she was Djing and rapping by 12. Since then she's built up a following with mixtapes, youtube clips (her Chris Brown/Busta Rhymes cover received over 100,000 hits within hours of going live) and appearances on tracks with Tinie Tempah, Wiley and Ms Dynamite.
