The duo take on Halloween with a werewolf video, hypnotic lo-fi riffs and an EP built around themes from an antique book of spells.
Released today via Souterrain Transmissions, Moon Duo follow up their acclaimed LP Mazes with new EP Horror Tour. 1000 hand numbered copies are available on 12” vinyl with artwork by the infamous Savage Wolf.
Written and recorded at their home in Colarado, Moon Duo, aka Ripley Johnson and his partner Sanae Yamada, headed across to Kaiku Studios in Berlin for mixing and had the final tracks mastered by Cooper Crain of Cave.
The video for Horror Tour was directed by LA-based Matt Silverman.
