Willy Mason - The Home Sessions From West Tisbury

  • Wed, 2013-01-23 12:32

Having penned alternative, free-thinking anthem Oxygen at the tender age of 19 (taken from his equally free-thinking, glorious debut album Where The Humans Eat), it is no surprise to find Willy Mason still recording heart-warming, well-crafted, wholly excellent folk music ten years on.

Out now, his third album Carry On has arrived with a whole host of newly created delights, including a (currently) two part series of videos titled The Home Sessions From West Tisbury.

Directed by his brother Sam the videos are both a captivating introduction to Willy's music and a gleeful reminder as to why he remains one of the most important voices in modern folk.
