Beth Rowley - Sweet Hours
Bristol blues icon Beth Rowley's latest single Sweet Hours was produced by Steve Power and jointly written by Beth and Ben Castle. Sweet Hours is the third single to be taken from her top ten debut album Little Dreamer, out now on Blue Thumb / Universal.
The track itself is vintage, smoky blues - a laid back, gospel-tinged number that brings Beth's superb vocals to the fore. With its delicate piano and downbeat guitar, Sweet Hours provides the perfect accompaniment for the soulful voice that belies Beth's tender years.
Beth recently performed live at the Edinburgh premier of The Edge Of Love, the new film starring Keira Knightley and Sienna Miller, and has contributed two songs to the film's soundtrack.
