gpm100: ilikemusic because... I just do!!!!!Currently enjoying the ongoing success of his Top 10 debut single, Sun Goes Down, and with his upcoming ICA show having sold out in a matter of hours, David Jordan, whose album Set The Mood has already gone Gold, releases new single, Move On. With the release of this superb new single comes the great news that Jordan has been confirmed for a string of high profile festival performances this summer.
Following a sold out tour with Rihanna, who personally invited our boy to support her after meeting him at February's Brit Awards, David Jordan continues to build his reputation as a spectacular live performer that kicked off with an ecstatically-received residency at the Water Rats Theatre and a support tour with Enrique Iglesias at the end of last year.
The London born and bred 22 year old set pulses racing with his electric performance and superb voice,
prompting The Sun newspaper to launch a ground-breaking promotion to exclusively release the first taster of what was to come in the form of Jordan's song Place In My Heart, in November last year.
David appeared on the Royal Variety Show at Christmas, and a host of other TV bookings followed. Sun Goes Down has gone on to become the most played record on Radio One and Radio 2, and still sits pretty atop the playlists at radio stations the length and breadth of the country.
As his career accelerates, it's quickly becoming clear that David Jordan will be marked out as one of the most important breakthrough artists of 2008.
