Gabriella Cilmi - Lessons To Be Learned

Proving that if you're good enough, you're old enough, Gabriella became the youngest ever artist to have a No.1 single in her homeland Australia recently with Sweet About Me. An A-list record at Radio 2 around the original release in March 08, Gabriella performed the single on This Morning, GMTV, Sounds, as well as Later, and on radio sessions with 6Music and Radio 2's Dermot O'Leary show.

It is in her live performance that Gabriella excels, and for those who have missed her supporting Nouvelle Vague and Sugababes recently, she has confirmed that she will perform at the V Festival 2008 in August, adding to the three headline shows in June in London, Manchester and Glasgow, and a performance at T In The Park Festival in July, joining the likes of Glasvegas and Black Kids on their Futures Stage that weekend. Sold Out headline shows as follows:

Combining pure pop sass with a sophisticated husk of a voice, Radio 2 recently made Lessons To Be Learned their Album Of The Week. Destined to be a contender for pop album of the year and made with Xenomania, the UK's premier hit making production team, 'Lessons To Be Learned' is an outstanding debut from one of the most exciting new singers to emerge this year.
