"And in my dreams it feels like we aren't ever gonna fall/
We're safe and sound and we're untouchable."
Girls Aloud mark their landmark 21st single release with one of the most epic songs of their career, the appropriately titled Untouchable. The single is available from 27th April 2009 on Fascination Records
Untouchable, which has been described as a rave ballad, became an instant favourite with fans when the Out Of Control album came out.
The Balearic influenced single tells the story of the feeling of true love, and the confidence that comes from being with the one that makes you feel completely safe.
2009 is shaping up to be another blockbuster year for the group. The recently released album Out Of Control has sold 750,000 copies and has become the group's most successful album to date. And last month Girls Aloud finally become proud owners of a Brit award for Best British Single. Their joy was obvious for all those who saw the girls accepting the award on stage at Earl's Court on February 18th.
The single will be released to coincide with the start of the group's 4th arena tour. The 32 date Out Of Control Tour kicks off in Manchester on 24th April and finishes in Newcastle on June 6th 2009.
