International superstars the Jonas Brothers are set to bring their unique brand of pop-punk back to the UK. Their debut, self titled album has been in the Billboard top 50 for the past 39 weeks and the album has now sold over 1.2 million copies in the US alone. A huge result for a band who weren't even signed a year ago. The brothers from Wyckoff, New Jersey have played back to back, sold out arena tours throughout the US, as well as dates across Asia and Mexico and are now on their way back to tour with Avril Lavigne across the UK and Europe.
The dates come ahead of Nick, Kevin and Joe Jonas' debut UK single and album release. SOS is an upbeat, punchy, pop track written and played by the three brothers. The video, which is set on the old Queen Mary has already had over 17 million views on YouTube, a testament to the tracks undeniable appeal.
This will be the Jonas Brothers second UK visit in as many months and excitement is already building. The band caused mayhem during their last visit, selling out Islington Academy in less than a day and attracting hordes of screaming fans wherever they went. Their 'chance' meeting in London with their most regal fan shot to the top of You Tube's most viewed list and has now been watched over 1 million times.
