Matt Willis releases his impressive balls-out debut single Up All Night on Mercury Records on May 22nd 2006. This is the first single taken from Matt's debut album due out in November. Don't Let It Go To Waste album
Matt has been busy writing and recording for the past year in such glamorous places as Brussels and Southend. His debut album was written and produced with Jason Perry and Daniel P Carter, formerly of the band A, and their friend Julian Emery. It is chock full of monster tracks, with a sound that Matt accurately describes as "Stadium pop" - think Robbie, Green Day and Van Halen jamming underneath a firework display.
His debut single, 'Up All Night' is pyrotechnic pop to pogo to. It has already received spot plays on Jo Wiley's show and has just been added to Radio One's play list 5 weeks ahead of release.
A second single is out on August 21st followed by the album on September 4th.
Matt has also been confirmed to perform at this year's V 2006 Festival.
