Both tracks are taken from their new album "MOTION IN THE OCEAN" which was released this week and has already been certified gold.
"Friday Night" is also the official theme song from the new Fox film "Night At The Museum" starring Ben Stiller, Ricky Gervais and Steve Coogan. The film is released nationwide on 26th December in the UK.
McFly have been celebrating the success of their latest single "Star Girl" which catapulted the band to the top of the singles chart…making it their SIXTH number one single! Frontman Tom Fletcher has co-written 16 Top Ten hits so far, 9 of which have reached the top spot (6 for McFly and 3 for Busted).
Lead track "SORRY'S NOT GOOD ENOUGH" is a massive pop song containing all the traits of a McFly classic (great hooks, instant melodies, beach boys harmonies) - upbeat, angry, confused and begging for forgiveness: "sorry's not good enough for you, but everybody makes mistakes - that's just what we do". From the opening hook 'good, good, good enough' you'll be singing along before you know it.
