dj tie one: ilikemusic because... its like cornflakes in the morningScissor Sisters are back with a brand new single 'Kiss You Off' on May 28th through Polydor records.
It's a change in style for Scissor Sisters as Ana Matronic takes care of the lead vocals on the track that draws from the new wave scene of the early 80s and is the ultimate break-up song. "It's not a love song, it's a falling-out-of-love song," she laughs. "It's about knowing you're better than how you're being treated in a relationship, and getting the f*** out. And then telling him to kiss your ass!."

The band were recently in London filming the video for 'Kiss You Off' which is shot as a futuristic beauty commercial.
The single is taken from Scissor Sisters second album 'Ta-Dah' which has now sold 2 ½ million copies worldwide - 1.4 million of those in the UK alone.
Scissor Sisters will be back in the UK for Arena shows in July at the 02 Arena [26th, 27th and 28th] and MEN Arena [30th and 31st]. They will also be hitting the festival circuit this summer, playing shows across Europe. See www.scissorsisters.com for full list of dates.
Scissor Sisters have recently been working with the C-Change Trust - a UK charity devoted exclusively to carbon offsetting. They have already donated £6,500 to the C-Change trust in acknowledgment their tours have on the environment. The funds are being used to plant broadleaf woodland and invested into the C-Change's education programme 'carbon busters' For more info on C-Change go to www.thec-changetrust.org
