simon f baker: ilikemusic because... you can transcend the confines of the material world with it, it's probably better than shagging in fact. There is virtually nothing more satisfying than when a load of chords and words suddenly come together into a song ; suddenly everything in life seems to fit and make sense once more.
Toby: ilikemusic because... it helps me get my groove on!

Sarah Christine: ilikemusic because... Music is like a puzzle. Each peice by itself is unique and looks like no other puzzle peice, but when you put it all together, you expeirience a completely different picture. It's on an almost daily basis that I find myself getting lost in my music, and I love it!Scouting For Girls are arguably the British pop phenomenon of 2008. Released in September of last year, their chart-topping eponymous debut album is the biggest selling of any British band this year, with in excess of 500,000 copies sold to date.
The band has recently completed their sold-out Spring tour which included a record breaking 4 nights at Shepherds Bush Empire, playing to over 8,000 screaming fans in London alone.
It's Not About You was the band's very first release, as a limited edition EP back in June 2007. It became the highest of its kind to chart in British history and set the tone for their Top 3 chart successes to date with She's So Lovely, Elvis Ain't Dead and Heartbeat.
Scouting For Girls have a busy summer of shows line-up, performing at all the major UK Summer Festivals, and a string of Australian and New Zealand dates ahead of their Winter UK tour in November 2008.
