Penguin: ilikemusic because... Music is the one thing that really connects people. In the words of The King Blues: music can bring the world together :)
John: ilikemusic because... it evokes my emotions like nothing else.
Benedict D. Mahon Esq.: ilikemusic because... the wardrobes stop barking when the bass kicks in
Peter Cincotti: ilikemusic because... Of what the world would be without it. It’d be a very scary place. I think we’d all be screwed.
Tom Baxter: ilikemusic because... It makes you feel alive more than anything else.
Scott, Thin Lizzy: ilikemusic because... It lets my adrenalin start pumping, it gets aggression out, and sometimes I can actually get emotional with it. There are many reasons why I like music.
Cesar Sangwa: ilikemusic because... it's there for me through thick and thin, highs and lows. I think about it when I wake up, and when I close my eyes to sleep. I like music because I'm in love with it!
James Blunt: ilikemusic because... conversation is so limited. It’s the best form of expression we have.
Rasmus, Alphabeat: ilikemusic because... It makes me happy and it makes me dance around and sometimes it makes me a bit emotional. It encompasses all the emotions from happiness to sadness and it’s fun to play too.Brighton based folk-punk band, the Levellers, release Letters from the Underground - their most politically resonant album in a decade and have just announced the dates for their UK tour.
Musically and lyrically the album conveys a passion, energy and conviction that shot the band to fame in their early years. Letters from the Underground was recorded in the Levellers own Metway studios in Brighton and is being released on their own label - On the Fiddle.
The Levellers have seen a renaissance with their live career in recent years. 2008 sees them airing the new songs and old favourites from their hit-rich back catalogue.

"The punked-up folk sound is as bristly as ever….. 'Burn America Burn' is a brilliant slice of fiery pop reminiscent of late Clash" - Classic Rock 9/10
