Records / Machine Shop Recordings. The album's first single, 'What I've Done', peaked at #6 and is the lead track on the soundtrack to the Transformers movie.
Like the rest of the 'Minutes To Midnight' set, 'Bleed It Out' was co-produced by Mike Shinoda and Rick Rubin (U2, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Run DMC) and recorded at the infamous Mansion at Laurel Canyon. Fiercely caustic yet still immediately accessible, 'Bleed It Out' represents Linkin Park at the height of their powers.
'Minutes To Midnight' topped the charts of both sides of the Atlantic. Since its release, Linkin Park's status as one of the world's most popular bands has continued. Not only has the album sold in excess of 3-million copies already (250,000 of those in the UK), but the band's triumphant headline performance at this summer's Download festival reiterated their importance as a powerful force in the live arena. International festival dates also included headline slots at Germany's Rock Am Park and Rock Im Ring events.
Linkin Park will headline this year's North American Projekt Revolution tour. The bill of the stellar line-up also features My Chemical Romance, Taking Back Sunday, HIM and many more.
